    Tree Safety Assessments

    Under UK legislation, landowners have a duty of care in both civil and criminal law, to take reasonable management measures to avoid foreseeable injury, harm or damage to people and/or property caused by trees.     Trees and Planning

    Trees are a material consideration in the planning process. At Woodsage Consulting, we strongly recommend that an arboricultural survey, to BS5837: 2012: Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction to Construction - Recommendations standard, is undertaken at the feasibility stage of a development.
